Africa Ports & Airports, represented by AMA Guinea, participated in the 6th edition of The SYMPOSUIM DES MINES of Guinea 2019, the largest mining forum in Africa dedicated to a country (96 exhibitors from 30 countries, most of them mining companies represented by their leaders).
This success is the outcome of the current mining boom in Guinea, driven by the spectacular development of bauxite projects and a new impetus for gold projects. AMA’s very active presence illustrates the group’s place in the development of the mining sector: a recognised subcontractor for shipping, port handling and logistics, expecting new activities and currently developing countries.
Our participation in the Symposium has strengthened ties with our customers and created new links with prospects interested in the short and medium term by our activities and surprised by the quality that a Guinean company can offer.
In this respect, the group is participating in the current momentum for the “Local Content” as it is actively promoted by the Government and implemented by mining projects.
